Wilkriss Nigeria Limited have consistently worked at developing our expertise in fabrication, installation and field support for subsea equipment and marine structures such as flexible flowlines, umbilicals, pipelines end manifolds (PLEM), mud mats, inlet manifolds, gas lift skids, jackets, decks and platforms, buoys and support structures for the offshore industry.
WNL have significant experience with project management and delivery of flexible and rigid subsea flowlines, jumpers, umbilicals and skid installation, well swap of production, gas and control flexibles, well repair and integrity checks in shallow and deep waters. WNL provide complete support through provision of Diving Support Vessels (DSV) for saturation and air diving, Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV) services, subsea and as-built survey and flexible pipelines and umbilical reel and reel drive systems.
WNL have the capacity to handle and deliver challenging projects in every stage of the life of any field, from field development or expansion, survey, vessel lease, equipment procurement, manpower/offshore crew supply, construction (subsea, FPSO topside, support vessels, drill rigs, rigid platforms), offshore operations through decommissioning.
WNL also carry out petroleum inspections, on-hire and off-hire surveys, marine surveys, bunker surveys, bunkering services and pre-shipment inspections.
Offshore oil and gas field development support services
Riser and flowline CAD design and analysis, Risk evaluation and implementation studies for topside and subsea equipment installations such as pipelines and umbilicals, pumps, pressure vessels, manifold, tanks etc. Support vessel for subsea field development, intervention, equipment recovery and reeling services.
Offshore structures and equipment Inspection, Maintenance and Repair (IMR)
WNL provide support with dynamic positioning DP2 and DP3 support vessels, cranes with a wide range of lifting capacities on the surface and at shallow and deep water depths for Inspection, survey and integrity checks of subsea wells, rigid platforms, jumpers, PLEM, SUTU, manifolds, flowlines and umbilicals during installation, well swap, inspection, maintenance or repair services.
Also nondestructive inspection and integrity checks of rigid platforms, valve manifolds, topside process facilities and dry and wet christmas trees.
Management of offshore operations
Project management and support services for ‘conventional’ lift and re-lay projects, saturation, air diving and intervention services, offshore vessel lease and support services - SEV, AHTS, SEWOP, Drill rigs, etc. ROV and AUV support services – work class, trenching & burial, survey & inspection class etc. Flexible reel, reel drive systems, tensioners and chutes. Rigid platforms and vessel facility modification and upgrade, non-destructive tests etc. Pipe coating, field joint coating, GRE pipe installation, chemical skid procurement and installation.
Topside Support Services for FPSO’s, TLP’s, Fixed Platforms etc.
Engineering and routine maintenance works, risk assessment and HAZOP of flush, conditioning, flow and pressure testing operations. Caisson inspection and rope access. Flushing of production flowlines and umbilicals, pressure testing, piping modification and software review, dry tree repairs, purging of subsea chemical injection lines, leak testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning services. Rerouting, modification and repairs of topside modules and pipework.
